Tata Indicom advertise their Photon broadband services calling it Hi-Speed broadband conncection.
Lured by advertisements I purchased a Tata Photon. It was OK in the first month. But it became a real nightmare after that. I knew like other millions of customers I got hooked in their fake advertising campaign. I contacted many other Photon broadband service users. They told me the similar experience and no customer care contact solved their problems.
<h2>Problems with Tata Photon:</h2>
1. It is slow, most of the times its speed can be compared to worse than a tortoise.
2. Connection can break any time leaving your important transactions in trouble causing further loss.
It is a pity that big companies like Tata Indicom cheat customers by false promises and they do it without fear of law. Mighty law must prevail on such arrogant companies.
A weak customer can do nothing as such companies are having powerful legal machinery fitted with skilled advocates. Therefore complaints of the customers should be taken as PIL by honourable courts and action must be taken against the companies.
<h2>The following steps are being suggested by this writer</h2>:
1. The court should direct the companies to refund full fee of the broadband modem immediately if a customer is unsatisfied with the service.
2. The companies should be heavily fined by the courts so that they dare not lure customers with false promises or benefits.
i got tata photon prepaid at 2599and it was too slow .I complain as well however customer service is so rude must be outsourced to pakistan .I became fool with service these people are frauds
