Many clever people in Delhi are running coaching institutes of English language using British Council with the name of their center. But British Council has neither a branch in Delhi nor lending its name due to affiliation. Thus such coaching centers are bogus and cheating people.
By using such names owners or management of such coaching centers create confusion among people. It is a technique to take more admission to make money. It may be illegal as well as shows lack of sincerity on the part of coaching center.
A strict law is necessary to restrict such cheaters. A common man is easily fooled by such persons. People mostly do not have time to investigate the claims of these cheaters, thus they believe them and get duped.
