• 10-12 Lychees (Peeled and Deseeded)
• 1 tbsp Sugar
• 1 or 2 drop Vanilla Essence
• 2 glasses Whole Fat Milk (Chilled)
How to make Lychee Milkshake:
• Chop 2 lychees and refrigerate it until required.
• Put the remaining lychees in an electric blender, along with sugar, and blend until a smooth paste is formed.
• Add milk to the paste and run till well-blended and frothy.
• Pour the shake into individual glasses and top it with pieces of chopped lychees.
