Dr. Manmohan Singh has been considered a wise and honest person and actually non-political. He is financial genius, true . He was good as a finance minster. But unfortunately he is not fit for the post of PM, as he mostly acts as a remote control of Congress chief.
A PM has to tackle serious national issues, but Dr. Manmohan Singh does not know how to do it. And he mostly keeps silence. If he speaks it seems he is speaking what has been recorded in his mind by some other person. His speech does not have his soul in it.
It is the right time for him to resign otherwise people of India will remember him as a prime minister who promoted high scale corruption among the politicians of his government. His ministers stabbed in the back of the people and this country by stealing thousands of crores and he just kept looking at them doing nothing. It clearly means even if he himself did not do corruption he helped people to indulge in it in a big way.
His second big achievement will be to help his government crush peaceful and constitutional movements which are against corruption. In a democratic country he promoted and clearly spoke in favour of undemocratic measures. It amounts to tarnishing the image of the biggest democracy of this world.
On a constitutional seat of great respect and responsibility he has failed to do his duties. He has lost moral right to act as a PM.
