A hospital in China hid a two-month-old baby boy so that his parents would pay for the medical treatment undergone.
The hospital in Guangdong province hid the baby and lied that they had sent the boy to a local orphanage, reported Shanghai Daily citing Nanfang Daily.
The hospital has now been ordered by the police to return the boy to his parents.
The baby was born prematurely Sep 13.
His parents, Kuang Huihui and Xu Aiqing, owe the hospital about 13,000 yuan (USD 2,000).
